Financial Matters

Unless specifically specified, all tours are transacted in Singapore Dollars (S$).

We ensure that all local taxes and applicable fees are inclusive in your quotation, so you know the final price. However, there may be situations where a sudden increase in fees or government levies may arise, which is not in our control.  In such circumstances, we will endeavour to communicate this to our guest(s) as soon as possible and a slight increase in the tour price would be expected.

We accept bank transfers and cheques, or cash payment which can be made at our office during office hours. Clients with a Singapore bank account can also use their banking app to make payment to us via Paynow.

If you are holding a Singapore bank account and is registered with the PayNow option, you can use this option to pay us.  Our payment QR code is as follow:

We also accept credit card payment via Paypal, but kindly note that there is a 3.9% admin charge which is collected by Paypal for use of the payment gateway.


For our overseas customers, payment by credit card is possible and we have other payment options which we can advise separately, depending on the country our client is in.  Kindly get in touch with us at for more information.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to process any refunds unless it is on humanity grounds relating to the guests or his/her immediate family members.  In the case of such refunds, a finance fee of S$100 would apply.  Please contact us for more information.
