Curated and conjured by Photo Master Julian W., this Africa aficionado has visited the continent more than 60 times now, and knows it quite intimately well. A professional wildlife photographer and a certified African Specialist awarded by the South Africa Tourism Organization, Julian designed this itinerary that will give you a very health dose of Namibia, and lots of subjects to photograph!
Namibia is a huge country but interestingly, is also the second least densely populated country in the world. It is home to the world’s largest population of cheetahs and desert-adapted animals like elephants, lions and rhinos roam the vast land. It is truly a wild and exotic destination..one of the last true wild places in the world today.
Located in southwestern Africa, Namibia boasts a well-developed infrastructure, some of the best tourist facilities in Africa, and an impressive list of breathtaking natural wonders. Visitors can explore the capital of Windhoek and discover the lovely coastal town of Swakopmund boasting remnants of the country’s German influence, reflected in the architecture, culture, cuisine and the annual Oktoberfest celebrations. To properly appreciate this extraordinary country, you will have to venture out of the cities to explore the remarkable natural landscapes Namibia has to offer. These include: the impressive Fish River Canyon; the vast Etosha National Park teeming with abundant wildlife, such as lions, desert-adapted elephants and the Hartmann’s Mountain Zebra; the hauntingly beautiful Kalahari Desert; and of course the Namib Desert stretching for over 2000 km along the magnificent Atlantic Coast. Namibia is an ideal destination for travellers seeking an unforgettable African experience in a uniquely beautiful untamed wilderness.
Photographers and animal/nature lovers are welcomed. Availability is limited and interested participants are advised to confirm as early as possible in order to secure the best available accommodation.
Only 6 spots are available. Minimum 4 to travel. Sign up soon to avoid disappointment as this is one of our signature exploration packages for 2020.
About the Explorer Expedition:
Unlike other trips that pamper our guests for a wholesome, well-planned & a carefully curated experience, the itineraries under the Explorer Expedition series are entirely different. This series is geared for those with an insatiable adventure spirit, motivated to explore the unknown, and ready to expect the unexpected.
The idea is simple: Do not ask us about what to do, what to bring, what to expect and what would the itinerary be. It would be as new a destination as it would be for you. The only information we would be able to provide would be the destination, time needed, and the ballpark cost. Other information would be provided as and when they become available, and itineraries may be prone to be changed at the very last minute.
So are you the Explorer that we are looking for?
If you are, embrace that adventurous spirit and you will be richly rewarded with unexpected surprises and an unforgettable travel experience! We are looking for like-minded adventurers with an open spirit, who would like to join this series for each new destination that we are going to explore. Every trip will be led by an expedition leader from TopLiners Club, and each trip will only be open to a maximum of 4 adventurers.
If you are keen to sign up for this series, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest. Only the BOLD explorer need apply.
The Tour Leader/Photo Master on trip:
Julian W. first started weaving images with light in 1992. He honed his photography skills by immersing himself in fashion, portrait and commercial photography, but soon found these pursuits a little too monotonous for his liking.
To challenge himself, he listened to his inner callings and venture into nature photography soon after. His works soon caught the attention of Animal Planet, Sony, HSBC, Singtel, Vitagen, and many various wildlife institutions
Today, this workaholic runs 4 companies, which includes a brand agency and a full-fledged travel agency that is registered with the Singapore Tourism Board.
Julian is also the brainchild for Singapore Photography Meets, a photography community that has more than 6000 members.

e would strongly advise that you book your tours once you can confirm your interest. This is partly because we can only confirm and go ahead with a trip once we achieved our minimum confirmed number. In addition, usually the best accommodation runs out really quickly, and the sooner we can get a group going, the better it would be to secure the best available accommodation and to confirm the tour.
A trip would be confirmed once we achieved our minimum stated number of guests. In the unlikely event that this is not met, we will inform interested guests if the tour would proceed, about 14 days prior to departure. Full deposits paid would be refunded accordingly.
Once a trip is confirmed, TopLiners Club will contact each guest separately to book the air-tickets as soon as possible.
We will advise you via email once the trip is confirmed. This could be as soon as the minimum tour number is met, or when a decision to proceed is reached by TopLiners Club.
